Attention All UTL Members,

Join us in our upcoming member-to-member phone banks in support of the Fair Share Amendment! These phone banks will occur on Thursdays, October 20, October 27, and November 3 from 4:00 PM-7:00 PM.

First round of Phone Bank on October 20th, 2022: Susan Uvanni, Morey School Teacher, Elementary VP, Rose Marie Bergeron, Murkland School, Paraprofessional Chair, Mickie Dumont, Director of Operations, Kevin Freeman, Butler School Teacher, Treasurer, Carly Quiroz, Daley Teacher, Phil Comeau, LHS Teacher, Nancy Giblin, UTL Office Manager.

The Fair Share Amendment is a state ballot question that would allow Massachusetts to fix our transportation and education systems by making the very rich in our state pay their fair share in taxes. We'll be calling our fellow UTL members and asking for them to pledge their support to vote Yes on 1 on November 8th to help get our communities the resources they deserve. 

Please fill out this form if you are joining us so we can make sure to order enough food! 

Here’s what to expect: 

• We’ll have a short training, a script you can read over before making calls and AFT-MA staff to help answer questions!

• Bring your fully charged phone and laptop

• An opportunity to socialize, get to know your coworkers and take action together! 

• Fair Share t-shirts and buttons for volunteers 

• Food!!!
